Snowflake Bazaar 2019 Vendor Information

Hi, welcome to the 2019 Snowflake Bazaar! This year, the Snowflake Bazaar is scheduled for November 16th and 17th.  This event takes place at the Plano West Senior High School located at 5601 West Parker Rd, Plano, TX.

Vendor applications are being accepted now through September 1st.

 

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please follow the instructions below to fill out an application.

 

NEW - This year you can fill out an application and pay only a nonrefundable application fee of $15.  If you are accepted, the notification fee will be used toward your booth payment. We will also notify you of your acceptance on a rolling basis and not wait until September. The notification will indicate when you need to make the full booth payment. Failure to pay will forfeit your booth and the application fee.

We also rent tables 6′ tables for $15 and electrical outlets for $25.

Returning Vendors -

Snowflake Bazaar Returning vendor instructions 2019 – is in PDF format and provides instruction for returning vendors logging in for the first time this year.

 

If you were a vendor in 2018, you are already in our system.  Go to the LOGIN at the bottom of this page and use the id/password you created last year to log in as a returning user. You will go through a quick update process to review the information we have and then you will see the 2019 Vendor Registration form.  If you don’t remember your password, click on “I forgot my password” to reset.
