Snowflake Bazaar 2018 Vendor Information

accepting vendor applications now through October 15th


Hi, welcome to the 2018 Snowflake Bazaar! This year, the Snowflake Bazaar is scheduled for November 10th and 11th.  This event takes place at the Plano West Senior High School located at 5601 West Parker Rd, Plano, TX.

Vendor applications are being accepted now through October 15th.


If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please follow the instructions below to fill out an application. We will notify everyone by Sept. 16th if you have been accepted.


Sorry but no cancellations accepted after September 28th!





Single booth 10’w x 8’d


Double booth 20’w x 8’d


Triple booth 30’w x 8’d


Outside booth (faces Parker Rd)



We also rent tables 6′ tables for $15 and electrical outlets for $25.

Returning Vendors -

If you were a vendor in 2017, you are already in our system.  Go to the LOGIN at the bottom of this page and use the id/password you created last year to log in as a returning user. If you don’t remember your password, click on “I forgot my password” to reset.  Once you log in, you will be taken directly to the 2018 Vendor Application Form.
