2024 Vendor Application - PWSH Snowflake Bazaar

 

When: Saturday, November 16, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

           Sunday, November 17, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

 

Where: Plano West Senior High School

             5601 W. Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093

 

 

 

The application process is scheduled to close on September 8th and vendors will be notified before September 15th.

 

  • All vendors MUST complete this application and pay the nonrefundable application fee of $30 to be considered for acceptance. 
  • Booth rental fees and any additional equipment rental fees will be collected only after applications are approved.
  • If you are accepted, we will notify you of your acceptance on a rolling basis and will not wait until September 15. The notification will include an invoice for the full cost of your booth including requested add-ons and a date when full payment is due. Failure to pay will forfeit your booth and the application fee.
  • Inquiries after September 15 may be considered only as space is available. Such inquiries will pay the $30 non-refundable application fee and an additional $15 late fee. 

 

NO REFUNDS for cancellations made after October 15, 2024.

 

Merchandise Picture Submission : The selection committee needs to see photos of the merchandise you plan to sell at the Bazaar.  You may direct us to your website or social media pages if photographs are available there.  If photographs are not available, you must include at least four pictures of the merchandise you will be selling on this form. Please include a photo of your booth display if available.

Release of Claims

Vendor hereby waives and releases the Plano West Band Boosters and Plano West Senior High School from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action, suits, judgments, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from injury to any person or damage to or theft, destruction, loss, or loss of any property or inconvenience to Vendor, or Vendor’s employees, agents and contractors, and arising from attendance at the Snowflake Holiday Bazaar, for whatever reason other than the intentional misconduct of the Plano West Band Booster Club.  Furthermore, Vendor shall indemnify, defend and hold the Plano West Band Booster Club and Plano West Senior High School harmless from any claims brought against either or both of them hereby waived and released.

Raffle Participation

 

ALL Vendors are asked and expected to donate an item of merchandise to the Plano West Band Boosters for the Snowflake Bazaar Raffle.  Donations will be collected at Vendor Check-in prior to booth set-up.

 

 

 

Thank you for completing the application to be a vendor at the 2024 PWSH Band Snowflake Bazaar.  You should receive an email shortly of your payment confirmation.  If you DO NOT, please send us a message to the email below.  Please keep a copy of the confirmation email for your records.  We will be notifying everyone of acceptance on a rolling basis.
